Welcome to the Local Lodge 837A Web site. This web site was created for the sole purpose of informing our active and retired members about issues that affect them and their families. Our Lodge represents over 5,000 members who are currently employed or were employed by Boeing or GKN. The President of A-Lodge is Brother Bill J. Brock (cell 314-348-7439). Brother Brock joined the Machinists Union in 1982 and was elected A-Lodge President in October of 2003 then re-elected in December of 2006.

The Union Hall is located at 212 Utz Lane, Hazelwood, MO 63042. Our Lodge holds their monthly meetings the second Saturday of each month at 10 am. Lunch and refreshments are provided at all Lodge meetings. Attendance prizes such as a jacket, T-shirts, and Union hats are given away at every meeting. All members in good standing who retire are given the choice of a jacket or watch if they attend their Union meeting the month before, the month of, or the month after they retire. Union jackets can be given out in the shop through your Union Steward.

We encourage all Active and Retired A-Lodge members to attend their monthly meetings and get involved in their Union. Remember a Union is only as strong as its membership. If you are aware of any non-Union workers interested in joining a Union please contact District 837 at 314-731-0603.
